I’ve been a customer and paid for the software, but support simply sucks. I would not recommend TeraCopy to anyone at this point. – Windows 7’s copy speed IS faster than teracopy, however i still use teracopy myself because of the ability to delete files out of the queue (pro version), and if one file fails it’ll continue the queue instead of dropping the whole thing, and also for the “test” feature to verify that the files transferred correctly. Should I use TeraCopy on Windows 7? I think the speed of coyping process on Windows 7 is optimized and pretty fast, so does TeraCopy make this faster? When I copy file(s) and folder(s) by TeraCopy, it always takes a while before showing a TeraCopy windows. Sometimes the computer going to sleep will error the transfer. if i want it to sleep, ill tell it to sleep manually. I simply disabled the computer from going to sleep. – yea, that has been an annoying “bug” for me too (on 64-bit). Teracopy 2.12, Windows 7 32-bit goes to sleep during copy, is this normal? Theres a defaulthandler.reg file in the teracopy directory.
